TARGET PARTICIPANTS
The Humboldt-Kolleg is targeted at all who are involved in research and innovation management in academic institutions, as well as those interested in undertaking cutting edge research. These include (but not limited to) Vice-Chancellors, Deputy Vice-Chancellors, Directors of Research Institutes, Provosts/Deans of Faculties/Colleges/Directors of Centres and Institutes, Senior academics and researchers from universities and research institutes, Research Managers and Administrators, Postgraduate Students, Policy Makers, Industrialists, Environmentalists, Microbiologists, Biochemists, Physicists etc.
GENERAL INFORMATION
There will be twelve (12) Plenary/Technical Sessions, 1 Keynote Presentation, 2 Lead Papers, 10 Invited Paper Presentations and at least 56 Oral Presentations and 2 Poster Sessions in the evenings of Days 1 and 2.

 Barcelona to wait until Aug. 31 for Pogba Barcelona have not given up on signing  Paul Pogba  from Manchester United before the Spanish transfer window closes on Aug. 31, despite the English market closing on Thursday, according to  Mundo Deportivo . The Spanish publication says that sources from the La Liga giants still believe that the deal is not dead even though United would be unable to sign a replacement if they part ways with the France international. What politicians are after – Banky W warns Nigerians

Popular singer cum actor, Banky W has warned Nigerians against taking sides in heated arguments over political leaders in the country. Banky W, writing on his Twitter page, said all politicians are after their self interest, therefore none should be sided with. This is coming after operatives of the Department of State Services, DSS,  blocked the entrance of the National Assembly , preventing lawmakers from gaining access to the chambers. This led to the dismissal of the Director-General of the Department of State Services, Lawal Daura. According to Banky W, politicians in the country were playing with Nigeria’s destiny, adding that they do not have the interest of Nigerians at heart.
